Cathy Rolfe knows the weight of stress and burnout firsthand. As a former senior leader navigating poor health, a superwoman complex, and a caffeine addiction, she discovered a transformative meditation practice in 2010 that changed her life. Today, she’s on a mission to help others do the same.

Now a certified meditation teacher trained in the Himalayas under Thom Knoles, Cathy blends her personal journey with over a decade of professional expertise to help others. As a former corporate leader and executive coach, she understands the unique challenges high-performing professionals face and has helped thousands reclaim their energy, focus, and sense of joy.
